Popular streamer Ninja will appear as a guest star in the season three premiere of Duncanville, an animated comedy series, on May 1st.
Duncanville is a popular animated series on Fox that stars Amy Poehler, Ty Burrell, Rashida Jones, and Wiz Khalifa, among others. Duncan, a 15-year-old boy, and his family are the focus of the series. Duncan and his friends will visit the private island of a popular Twitch streamer, which will most likely be played by Ninja, in the season three premiere, “Gamer vs Gamer,” according to IMDb. Fans may see a darker side of Ninja as the group is eventually hunted down in a “viral event for charity.”
Ninja is best known for being one of the most popular Fortnite streamers in the early days of the game. He was one of the most popular streamers on Mixer before returning to Twitch, and he famously played alongside Drake, Travis Scott, and JuJu Smith-Schuster.
Ninja will not be making his first foray outside of the gaming world with Duncanville. In Hotel Transylvania: Transformania, he voiced Party Monster and had a cameo in the film Free Guy. Ninja is most likely playing himself in Duncanville, but it’s another step for the popular streamer into the world of voice acting.
Duncanville Season 3 will premiere on Fox this coming May 1st.
