One of the most popular Youtubers, Jimmy Donaldson aka MrBeast is known for taking things to the next level with every video he makes but now, he has recently uploaded one of the biggest youtube videos this video cost over $1 million to film.
MrBeast is known for giving out insane amounts of money to people. He is an American YouTuber, businessman, and a well-known philanthropist.
He is also the founder of MrBeast Burger and the co-creator of Team Trees, a fundraiser for the Arbor Day Foundation, which has raised over $23 million. His youtube channel has now garnered more than 67 million subscribers. Of course, every creator has their wild side, and MrBeast is no different, however, his evil genius persona likes to put his friends against each other in insane challenges for an equally crazy amount of cash.
On his most recent youtube video upload titled: “Last To Leave Circle Wins $500,000”, he tasked the 100 people with standing inside a circle for the chance at winning half a million dollars.
The challenge goes like this; Each day MrBeast would reduce the circle’s area, cramming competitors into a smaller space to raise the stakes and anyone who so much as touches the boundary gets booted out of the game. Additionally, just like any other game, Mr Beast has pulled some strings to get people to leave the circle with various side-quests and close observation.
According to MrBeast, the said challenge has cost over $1 million to create and he even used over 700 SD cards to film the massive project, claiming that he’d rather keep the footage on the cards than erase them for fear of losing footage. Here’s what he wrote on Twitter; “Over a million dollars, 12 days of filming, and 700 SD cards went into our upcoming video! I can’t wait to upload it”.
