The ID@Xbox Showcase was first broadcast on Twitch almost a year ago. Since then, Xbox has put together a number of presentations showcasing a wide range of indie games. That’s right, this is a showcase that shines a light on the underdog. It’s all about the independent studios and talented individuals who have risked everything to beat the odds.
Next week, the showcase will return with a new batch of indie games to show off. On Wednesday, March 16 at 1 p.m., you can watch it on Twitch on both the official Xbox and Twitch Gaming accounts. ET. Additionally, Microsoft and Twitch will allow streamers to co-stream the event, allowing you to watch alongside your favorite content creators.
What can you look forward to at the ID@Xbox Showcase? Microsoft has already confirmed that gameplay from Finji and Whitethorn games will be included. Also revealed will be the first game released under iam8bit’s new publishing label. The Roblox Corporation and Shredders developer FoamPunch are two other developers we know will appear.
There will almost certainly be a variety of updates, trailers, and gameplay previews from other games as well. It’s not like the Xbox team is going to reveal everything before the event starts. Don’t be surprised if something unexpected happens to you.
The ID@Xbox Showcase is not to be missed by PC Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass subscribers. Game Pass subscribers can try out the majority of the titles at these events.
As a result, this event is not only a great way for indies to gain traction, but it’s also a great way for you to get more out of Game Pass. It’s easy to lose track of what’s available on PC Game Pass alone, with over a hundred games to choose from.
