Popular Twitch streamer and content creator Disguised Toast recently announced his return to the platform.

The news comes just one week after the 29-year-old announced his departure from Facebook Gaming, the platform where he had been streaming for the past two years. According to Toast, he began his career on Twitch in 2015 but left after the Amazon-owned platform offered him 30 times less money than competitors such as Facebook Gaming. Following his recent statements, many fans speculated that he might sign with a platform like YouTube Gaming. Instead, he’s gone back to Twitch.

Disguised Toast said in his official announcement video, in which he appears with a Twitch gym bag and cuts a slice of purple cake with red frosting, “I didn’t think I’d be back here so soon, but here we are, two years, time for a new platform.” “You know, I’ve always felt at ease in this place. There are a lot of viewers and fans who watch me on this platform, so it just made sense.”

On Twitch, Disguised Toast has over two million followers. He streams games like Hearthstone, Teamfight Tactics, and Among Us, as well as “Just Talking” sessions in which he interacts with his audience.

Disguised Toast is already streaming on the Amazon-owned platform to over 30,000 concurrent viewers to celebrate his new deal with Twitch.
