The Diamatti pistol is returning to Call of Duty: Warzone, but not in its classic akimbo dual-wield configuration. On Rebirth Island, there’s a new Diamatti class that can give you Ghost and kills, as FaZe Booya demonstrated.
While most loadouts go for the Overkill perk to get two custom primary weapons, Ghost has its own set of advantages. The problem is that you’ll need a great secondary weapon (or ground loot) to pull this off, which is why broken pistols have been popular for a long time.
The dual Diamatti loadout and TikTok’s two-burst Diamatti class have previously served in this capacity. FaZe Clan‘s Booya is bringing the gun back with a new setup that’s perfect for Rebirth Island, months after it fell out of favor.
This single-pistol loadout makes Ghost a very reasonable choice, as the streamer demonstrated with dominant Rebirth Island gameplay. Not only is the secondary lethal, but he is so sure of it that he has the Diamatti paired with a sniper.
Here’s Booya’s full Diamatti class setup in case you want to save time and just grab the loadout before watching gameplay:
- Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 7.2″ Task Force
- Laser: SWAT 5mw Laser Sight
- Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap
- Magazine: STANAG 30 Rnd
As you can probably tell, this loadout differs significantly from previous versions. The Dual Wield stock is replaced with a Serpent Wrap rear grip, which provides faster ADS speeds to balance out the Agency Suppressor muzzle and Task Force barrel, which increase damage and range.
The gameplay of Booya demonstrates how lethal this loadout can be in the right hands. He clearly has the skills to use the Kar98k sniper at intermediate ranges, but the Diamatti also wins fights at close-to-medium ranges.
If the pistol’s damage, range, and recoil are all sufficient to defeat SMGs and ARs, then its mobility (and Ghost) make it a very appealing option.
It’s worth noting that, while this weapon is capable of gunning down enemies, Booya’s build only allows for a 30-round magazine. If you choose to run it, you should follow in his footsteps and equip a Throwing Knife to avoid wasting ammo when finishing downs.
