One of twitch’s biggest stars, Kaitlyn Michelle Siragusa aka Amouranth has revealed that she had an encounter with one of her fans who had flown all the way out to Houston only to say that they were engaged.
Amouranth has dominated the headlines in 2021, partially because she pioneered both the Hot Tub Meta and the ASMR Meta on the platform which are the two controversial styles of streaming that took off and set the larger Twitch community into a frenzy of debate.
Even though these trends have now died down, Twitch streamer Amouranth remains one of the biggest streamers on Twitch as it was recently announced that she became the most-watched female streamer surpassing the two of the biggest female streamers across the platform, Pokimane and Valkyrae. In addition to this, she’s found success ranging from moderate to massive on platforms like YouTube and OnlyFans.
With that said, Amouranth surely has a lot of fans and like every popular female on the Internet, she also has many disturbing experiences with fans.
As Amouranth recently sat down with Ethan Klein of the H3 Podcast, she revealed a harrowing story about a fan who took things way too far. Amouranth said that this fan has flown all the way out to Houston and claimed that they were engaged to each other. She said that the fan has been messaging her and kept on harassing her DMs. The fan even constantly asked Amouranth to go to his hotel because they were engaged.
As for if Amouranth is already married or not, the streamer replied with a firm “no”, claiming that she doesn’t have that kind of time right now.
Amouranth is not the only female streamer who encountered a ‘weird’ fan as also twitch streamer Sweet Anita has detailed her horrific experiences with a stalker in the past, claiming that the person moved to her city, followed her to the shops, and even slept outside of her home.
