Players of Elden Ring have accomplished some pretty incredible feats in the months since its release. People have gone above and beyond with their own additional challenges, from beating the game with a dance mat to blazing through to the credits in about the same amount of time it takes you to make breakfast.

It’s difficult to choose which of the many wacky ways to beat the game you could consider to be the hardest of the lot, but this one is a strong contender. One player, who completed Elden Ring in just two and a half hours, did so without being hit or leveling up once.

Twitch streamer Ainrun has been using no-hit runs since 2020 and has used them to beat Sekiro and the entire Dark Souls trilogy. He was therefore the ideal candidate to attempt this absurdly challenging challenge.

The very first boss, Grafted Scion, is typically skipped by most players, but Ainrun chose to finish the fight.

The run obviously wasn’t a stroll in the park, even for someone as skilled as Ainrun. At the very end of the final boss fight, one of his attempts tragically failed after he was caught off guard by an attack.
