YouTube gaming star Sykkuno got together with a number of well-known people, including Pokimane, xChocoBars, BrookAB, and Grace Van Dien.
Sykkuno mispronounced Grace Van Dien’s Twitch alias as he was outlining the plans for the day, and some of his viewers quickly started to correct him. Earlier today, the well-known 30-year-old content producer hosted an eight-hour stream and participated in games like GeoGuessr, Valorant, and Fall Guys with other well-known streamers.
Sykkuno mispronounced Grace Van Dien’s Twitch name (Bluefille) as he was introducing his streamer friends, and his fans immediately started correcting him. The native of Las Vegas acknowledged that unless someone specifically requests him not to, he frequently refers to people by the wrong name. He also mentioned how he once referred to Carmella as Churro during their GTA 5 RP sessions.
The YouTuber defended his position by claiming that people typically remember their first interaction when their name is mispronounced. When Sykkuno mentioned that, the discussion on the subject came to an end.
Fans of Sykkuno in the YouTube comment section reacted to his viewpoint in rather divisive ways. Some fans concurred with Sykkuno’s viewpoint.
