Raven Software’s team has made some questionable decisions with the playlist rotation, which has resulted in the removal of the newly popular Clash mode, which has enraged the Warzone community.
Fans of Warzone have been vocal about their dissatisfaction with the battle royale playlists for the past three months.
Raven even wrote a full blog post explaining how each decision is made and promising to be more transparent in the future.
However, it appears that this strategy backfired, as the removal of Caldera Clash enraged the community once more.
In a Reddit post by ‘rowdygringo,’ the user mentions the new playlist and expresses disappointment over the loss of Caldera Clash. Others agreed, with one even claiming that it was a mode that helped them improve their gameplay. Another person asked when it would return, and the answer is currently unknown because the Trello board hasn’t been updated since March 17th, and Clash isn’t on it.
People also vented their rage on Twitter. People questioned Raven’s choice of one mode in response to her tweet about the new playlist.
Vanguard Plunder was included in the rotation, much to the dismay of user ‘Chuckles,’ who claimed that “nobody on this Earth” wants it. The tweet received a slew of replies, all of which included the words “amen” and “no cap.”
While this isn’t the first time Warzone has upset fans with its playlist, it is the first time in Season 2. As a result, there may be some significant changes in the near future to keep players happy.
