During a recent stop on his ongoing tour, AutoTune connoisseur and Twitch streamer extraordinaire T-Pain was painlessly — and rightfully — awarded his own day by the Wisconsin state office.

Since we first heard the artist (ingeniously) rhyme the state’s name with “mansion” on his 2008 track “Can’t Believe It,” featuring Lil Wayne, fifteen years have passed. T-Pain has now been declared “T-Pain Day” by the city of Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin.

T-Pain was presented with the award by state representative Kalan Haywood during Wiscansin Fest, the latest leg of his Road to Wiscansin tour, which also includes Lil Jon, O.T. Genasis, K Camp, and others.

On social media, clips show the musician crying on his hands and knees as he accepts the plaque and thanks fans for their love and support.
