Twitch streamer “reydempto” was attacked once more by the same person who had been pursuing him for almost two months; this time, the assailant damaged his equipment.

IRL streamer “reydempto” has encountered some pretty unpleasant situations while sharing his travels in Amsterdam, where he presently resides. The streamer has previously experienced harassment from strangers while having fun on evenings out… and he has even been pursued by enraged onlookers. Reydempto was broadcasting in a park in May 2023 during the daytime when a group of men objected to being videotaped.

The streamer was even chased by one of them while being verbally threatened to be killed for the incident, which resulted in a terrifying confrontation that left Reydempto screaming for aid. The same individual has now attacked Reydempto once more, but this time, the assault caused some damage. Reydempto went back to that park on July 4 for another in-person stream and ran across the same man who had chased him just a few months before.

He began to pursue Reydempto after exchanging some sharp words with the man, and ultimately caught up to the streamer as he cried out for assistance. but not before the man had knocked him to the ground and had severely damaged his tools in the process. “Dude, no f*cking way is this dude back again,” rey said. “Leave me alone! …I’m allowed to film!” Reydempto verified in messages to Dexerto that the aggressor had damaged his streaming apparatus, which can be seen bulging out at the end of a video captured during the altercation.

Not only that, but Rey also announced on Twitter that his attacker had been detained as a result of the altercation. Fortunately, it looks that the problem has been resolved, but regrettably, it appears that rey’s streaming setup was damaged in the process. It has happened before for a streamer to be pursued or even physically assaulted during an in-person broadcast; in fact, it happened to a livestream in Japan in 2022.
