According to StreamerBans, Twitch streamer STPeach, who is known for her cosplays and variety streams, has been unbanned from the Amazon-owned platform after only one day.
This isn’t the first time STPeach has experienced this year. Twitch suspended the streamer on March 2nd, but it was lifted after only one day.
STPeach tweeted after her April 11th ban. for playing Elden ring the entire stream while wearing a raven cosplay I’ve worn before with no issues or bans.
It appears that even STPeach was unaware that she would be unbanned after only one day.
The automated Twitter account StreamerBans broke the news of her suspension being lifted. STPeach has yet to respond to the news of her return to Twitch.
The Twitch community as a whole believes that STPeach should not have been banned in the first place. However, many users have expressed their dissatisfaction with Twitch’s lack of suspension enforcement, with one user believing that a “random number generator” would be more consistent than the Amazon-owned platform.
To say the least, Twitch has been inconsistent in its recent banning of streamers. After threatening to “shoot people at the Twitch HQ” on Twitter last month, speedrunning streamer Narcissawright was banned indefinitely from the platform, but the ban was reduced after an appeal a week later. Then, after a massive backlash from the community, Twitch reversed its decision, reinforcing the streamer’s permanent ban.
