PSG forward Neymar discussed his plans for the later stages of his career and his delight at Lionel Messi’s move to Paris with former Brazil and Real Madrid striker Ronaldo Nazário on a Twitch stream hosted by well-known Brazilian streamer Gaules, according to L’Équipe.
According to him, he will play as long as his head allows him physically and said that he thinks that he can last a few more years but his head must be fine. He said that he has a contract with PSG until he’s 34, meaning that he will play until then and that he wanted to return to Banca in 2020.
Neymar also said that they tried everything but they didn’t succeed. Finally, the same opportunity rose for Messi to move there, he’s happy for that and that he’s happy for his friend saying that they get along very well on and off the pitch. Also, their team still needs to adjust but they will make history against their real Madrid.
Neymar has also stated that he would rather play in MLS than return to Brazil when he leaves Paris, citing the shorter season as a reason.
