The F1 Communications Manager is leaving McLaren after more than 7.5 years with the team. She is a frequent user of social media and announced her departure from McLaren in a tweet.

Many McLaren employees and fans responded quickly to Charlotte Sefton’s tweet, thanking her for her contributions over the past 7.5 years.

The young Englishman joined McLaren’s Woking-based team in 2019 and has since become an integral part of the team’s plans. Norris has now driven for McLaren for three seasons, and his performance has undoubtedly improved during that time. On the 2021 Drivers Standings, the young prodigy finished sixth, 45 points ahead of his veteran teammate Daniel Ricciardo.

Norris has unquestionably established himself as one of the best Formula One drivers. As a result, McLaren made the wise decision to extend the young prodigy’s contract.

Norris has signed a new deal with McLaren that will keep him driving for the team until March 2025. Furthermore, the value of his most recent contract is significantly higher than his previous contract. His new contract’s figures aren’t available, and different sources are reporting different figures. Many rumors suggest, however, that his new contract will make him the third highest-paid Formula One driver in 2021.

The young driver is currently working with his team at Woking base in preparation for the upcoming challenge in the 2022 season. Norris spends most of his time off the grid streaming or competing in Esports tournaments. Quadrant is also taking a step further with the young talent, releasing his own clothing line under his company’s name.
