Asmongold recently made a triumphant return to the well-liked MMO on June 23rd after taking a significant break from it, much to the delight of his fanbase, but he’s already second-guessing himself.
He described the scenario as one in which his community becomes fixated on him playing the game and gets angry if he spends a portion of his stream doing anything else, as has previously happened.
The Twitch celebrity added that he despises it when fans say he doesn’t like the game.
Asmongold claimed that in addition to making him want to play the game less, this discourages him from ever wanting to play. He completely avoids the situations because of the ongoing arguments, squabbles, and scrutiny because they are too much to bear.
Midway through his Twitch rant, Asmongold said, “Moreover, he claims it only occurs when he plays Final Fantasy XIV.” Asmongold has previously criticized his Twtich streaming community for similar conduct. For instance, he removed posts and complaints from fans who were out of control while he was streaming Diablo Immortal, and eventually he dropped the game altogether.
This time, he’s not acting in that manner. His desire to play, though, is waning. In the end, he decided to play Fall Guys instead of it during his stream on June 23.
