Faheem “T-Pain” Najm, a rapper and streamer, is said to be owed $40,000 by an esports company that appears to have been liquidated. He doesn’t appear to be the only one who feels this way.
T-Pain is unquestionably one of the world’s most gifted musicians. The 37-year-old has made a name for himself as a rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. While he is best known for his role in Flo Rida’s classic song ‘Low,’ many people are unaware that he is also a huge Call of Duty fan. He is, however, not afraid to criticize his teammates’ “racist” behavior.
He has yet to comment on reports that he is owed $40,000 from a specific esports company as of this writing. The only issue is that it appears that the company has been liquidated.
T-Pain is owed money by a certain organization, Noble, according to rumors first circulated by esports commentator Jake Lucky. T-Pain, a legendary artist and Twitch streamer, is owed upwards of $40,000 by NobleGG for promoting their Nobility tournament, according to Lucky’s tweet.
According to reports, Noble has not only gone bankrupt, but has also laid off a number of its employees.
Dan Goodman, the organization’s former partnership manager, accused Noble and its owner, Kyle McDougal, of not paying certain employees, including T-Pain, in a ‘farewell letter’ posted on Twitter.
In addition, a number of people who claimed to be former Noble employees claimed that they had not only not received their due pay, but that they had been treated poorly by Goodman and the company as a whole.
Upon hearing about the pay issues at Noble, McDougal took to Twitter on February 8 to respond.
T-Pain has yet to respond to the rumors as of this writing. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time, and it certainly won’t be the last, that there hasn’t been a dispute over a paycheck.
