Streamer Vaush claims he has been banned from Twitch “indefinitely” after using a “hateful slur” during a live stream.
His account was suspended after that of fellow streamer Hasan Piker on Monday (December 13th). Vaush have commented on Hasan Piker’s suspension during his own previous live stream, but he was banned for an unspecified amount of time. Hasan Piker was allegedly suspended by Twitch for using the term “cracker.”
Vaush, whose real name is Ian Kochinski, is a YouTuber and Twitch streamer who is 27 years old. He was born and raised in Beverly Hills. His father worked in Hollywood as a producer, and his mother is a filmmaker.
Vaush’s YouTube channel, where he streams live streams about debates, current events, and media criticism, has 384,000 subscribers.
Vaush claimed his Twitch account had been suspended “indefinitely” just after ending a live stream on Twitter on Monday, December 13th.
The streamer posted a screenshot of an alleged Twitch email. “Hateful slurs or symbols,” according to the alleged Twitch email, were the reason for Vaush’s suspension.
