Jennifer Walters AKA She-Hulk, is joining Marvel’s Avengers, according to a guest streamer on the official Xbox Twitch channel.

She-Hulk is joining Marvel’s Avengers, as revealed by a Twitch streamer’s slip of the tongue.

On July 5, Twitter user Miller (@mmmmmmmmiller) posted a video clip from an official Xbox Twitch stream in which guest streamer Techniq briefly discussed his acting career. Techniq accidentally revealed in his musings that Jennifer Walters AKA She-Hulk, will be portrayed by his acting coach in a future game update.

Techniq took care to avoid revealing the precise identity of She-new Hulk’s voice. Unfortunately for Techniq, that information was not, in fact, public knowledge. Though there have been rumors about the character’s role in the past, Miller is said to have revealed that Krizia Bajos, who previously appeared in Cyberpunk 2077, would play her.

If Techniq is to be believed, She-Hulk will be joining the recently added Jane Foster, the Mighty Thor, who was included in the game in June, in Marvel’s Avengers.

The name “She-Hulk” might suggest that Walters’ superhero persona, like Foster’s, was first introduced to Marvel Comics as a female counterpart to a well-known male hero, but in the four decades since her conception, the lawyer who doubles as a superhero has developed into a well-known figure in her own right. It remains to be seen if She-Hulk will continue Mighty Thor’s legacy of exposing the peculiar sexual proclivities of SHIELD agents.

Jennifer Walters has been keeping busy outside of Marvel’s Avengers in her own ongoing comic book series, where she recently assumed the role of Captain America and Moon Knight’s legal representative.

Additionally, when She-Hulk: Attorney at Law premieres on Disney+ on August 17, 2022, she is anticipated to make her MCU debut. Despite criticism for the poor CGI in its first trailer, the creative team behind She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is still enthusiastic about the upcoming series. Recently, the show’s star Tatiana Maslany teased that it would be “the antithesis of most superhero narratives.”

Marvel’s Avengers is accessible on Google Stadia, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. There is no information on She-debut Hulk’s date because she has not been formally confirmed for the game.
