Killadelphia, a partnered streamer with just under 10,000 followers, was the first to report a stolen payment issue.
Someone had logged in and changed the payment information, causing Killadelphia’s earnings from the platform, such as subscriptions, ad revenue, and bits, to be sent to another PayPal account rather than his own.
When he contacted Twitch, he was told that it appears the payout was sent to the chosen payout method after investigation. Twitch support is unable to reverse or reissue payouts that have been successfully paid/cleared.
