Rainbow Six Siege has been having a lot of fun with the holiday season. The game has become more festive thanks to a new limited-time game mode featuring snowballs and winter cosmetics.
Ubisoft’s developers are now taking the celebration to social media by highlighting Rainbow Six Siege fans.
The official Rainbow Six Siege page shared a slew of stunning fan art, describing it as “wonderful artworks” with the holidays “just around the corner.”
The first piece of artwork came from a Twitter user named Ravenous Moth. “Dokkaebi’s and Vigil’s small winter walk,” according to the image. The artist has been sharing artwork of various operators in a variety of wintery scenes throughout the month.
The second image comes from Retro Disaster R6, a Twitter account dedicated to a single person’s Rainbow Six Siege art. Many of their pieces feature very cutesy versions of well-known operators. Another piece of artwork by Iana Simp was credited to her. They even have a Twitter account dedicated to R6 fan art.
The last piece of artwork that Rainbow Six Siege’s official Twitter shared was created by Dalphine, a Korean Twitch streamer, demonstrating that there are dedicated R6 fans from all over the world who not only love to play the game but also enjoy the operators and their deep lore.
Ubisoft has maintained a strong focus on community-created content. Extraction character guides were recently released by the developers to aid artists and cosplayers in recreating their favorite operators.
Fans of Rainbow Six Siege who have created winter-themed operator art are encouraged to use the hashtag #R6Community on Twitter to help the R6 team find them. A quick scan of the hashtag reveals a wide range of art styles created by artists from all over the world.
