An ALCESSTER singer-songwriter Euan Blackman will release his new single “HighHighHigh” on Friday, October 8.
Following ‘24 Hours 7 Days’ and ‘Sinking,’ it is his third single off his upcoming debut EP ‘Grateful For The Moments Spent Alone.’
Euan self-produced the song over lockdown, which was the first one composed for the EP.
During a Twitch feedback session, the tune was played to Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda and Jack Saunders, the (Radio 1 DJ).
Mike remarked, “I’m impressed, the songwriting is amazing, period,” and Jack agreed, giving the song a thumbs up.
Euan’s previous releases were well-received, with support from various BBC Introducing shows, Amazing Radio UK and USA, and hundreds of Spotify playlists.
Euan, a graduate of the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, kept his street engaged during the lockdown by performing impromptu gigs for his neighbors.
We also gave HighHighHigh a listen and were impressed by the guitars that sounded like bells ringing over a light foot tapping beat.
On October 8, HighHighHigh will be available on all of the standard streaming sites.
