xQc Returns To Canada

Felix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel, a retired professional Overwatch player, has returned to Canada.

Following several instances of swatting and doxing, the Twitch streamer reportedly decided to return to Canada. Doxing is the act of revealing a person’s private personal information. Swatting occurs when someone reports a dangerous person to the police — usually while they’re streaming — and law enforcement arrives at their home with guns drawn. A crowbar was used to break into Lengyel’s house after a recent doxing incident.

Due to the same problems, xQc relocated to Los Angeles in early 2021. He moved away from Los Angeles in late 2021, claiming that residents of the city are “weird.”

xQc now moves frequently to avoid doxing and swatting and frequently uses Airbnb.

xQc made headlines recently after his father called him live on his stream to discuss his gambling debt, in which the streamer had lost $1.8 million. It’s worth noting that on his stream, xQc has begun promoting gambling sponsors. He decided to stop promoting sponsors in 2021, but on May 16th, the streamer reversed his decision.

The following is a quote from xQc about why he’s promoting sponsors once more. With that, the streamer resumes his duties.
