xQc Fans Bet $119M On Stake.com

Twitch streamer xQc claims to have made a total of $119 million for his gambling sponsor, Stake.com. Metro.co.uk cited the streamer, digging deeper into the streamer’s interest in gambling – a passion that has resurfaced in recent weeks.

After being chastised by his father for losing $2 million on stream, xQc recently announced that he would return to gambling because it was something he enjoyed. xQc admitted to being a gambling addict in a previous confession but assured his viewers that he had enough money to be an addict.

xQc’s story is similar to that of Trainwreck, another popular Twitch streamer who has struggled with gambling. Both streamers appear to be sponsored, and while the specifics of their gambling platform partnerships aren’t clear, some streamers have previously discussed the nature of these collaborations.

Another streamer, Mizkif, claims that gambling companies are willing to pay up to $10 million per partnership. Most streamers find it difficult to say no to these opportunities. For instance, xQc is a former Overwatch player who has developed a new interest in gambling, which some of his fans have criticized as “selling out.”

In the face of such accusations, xQc has stood firm, stating that he would rather do what he loved than pretend and skip. He also slammed fellow streamers and viewers for holding him to unrealistic standards, despite the fact that they would likely do the same thing he is doing, albeit not for the same reasons he is – gambling addiction.

He chastised Ludwig, another YouTube streamer who recently commented on gambling streams, claiming that Ludwig had sold out to Google’s video sharing and streaming platform for more money.

The promo code used by xQc appears to have driven a steady handle to Stake.com, but there is nothing wrong with that because it appears that the majority of people tuning in to watch xQc were more than happy to do so.

The majority of “old fans” are dissatisfied with the new direction. However, xQc did take a chance in 2021, and his current return comes as no surprise to many, as the streamer openly discussed it. He recently spoke with Pokimane, another well-known streamer, about his gambling addiction.
