As Syfuhny has managed to retain his reputation for top-tier gaming and editing skills, it’s worth checking out the equipment that Symfuhny’s gaming setup, as he would be selective in the tools he uses to keep his edge. We have provided a list of Syfuhny’s gear including his mouse, keyboard and microphone.

Syfuhny started getting seriously into streaming in October 2017, with H1Z1. However, as with other streamers, his channel only really took off a few months later when he transitioned to Fortnite. In June 2018, he duo’ed with Ninja and from then on, his career path was set, although he only signed on with his first organization in March 2019 with NRG Esports.

 

 

SYMFUHNY’S MONITOR

Symfuhny uses an Alienware 25 AW2518H monitor. The AW2518H is a 24.5-inch gaming monitor with dimensions are 55.58 x 26.85 x 52.22cm (21.88 x 10.57 x 20.56-inches), with a weight of 6.61kg (14.57lbs). It has a refresh rate of 240Hz and a response time of 1ms for a resolution of up to 1920 x 1080p. These speeds make it ideal for fast-paced fps games, provided that the computer’s other hardware is capable of processing at that rate.

Its stand allows for the monitor to be swiveled between -20° to 20°, tilted between -5° to 25°, pivoted between -90° to 90° and an angle viewing of 170°/160°. I also has VESA wall mounting capabilities.

SYMFUHNY’S MOUSE

Symfuhny uses a Finalmouse Ultralight 2 Cape Town mouse. Symfuhny’s gaming setup features the same wired gaming mouse as Cloakzy, KingRichard, and Aidan. It is designed with a plastic chassis that is punctured with many hexagonal holes to contribute towards its lightweight design. This is also why it doesn’t contain RGB features. These factors allow it to weigh just 58g (2oz.)

It is quite small with dimensions of 11.5 x 5.3 x 3.57cm (4.53 x 2.09 x 1.4”,) but can be adjust for larger hands with three sets of differently sized infinity skins that can easily be layered on top one another and removed as wanted. This will add to the weight of the mouse, but also might still be too small for gamers with large hands.

It is fitted with a Pixart 3360 Optical sensor that has DPI levels of 400, 600, 1600 and 3200 that can be adjusted with the dpi button located below the scroll wheel. There are also two buttons for macro binds located on the right thumb-side.

SYMFUHNY’S KEYBOARD

 

 

As part of Symfuhny’s Gaming Setup, he uses a Ducky One 2 Mecha Mini Frozen Llama keyboard. This is a limited-edition keyboard and Symfuhny’s version of the Ducky One 2 Mecha Mini Frozen Llama features silver switches. It is a 60% gaming keyboard that omits the number pad and extra control keys, such as Home and Page Down.

It has PBT double-shot keycaps (although ABS are also available) and It has 3-level adjustable feet. It is constructed from lightweight plastic for portability, coming in at 594g (1.31lbs). Its dimensions are
11.61 x 4.13 x 1.57” (30.2 x 10.8 x 4cm).

SYMFUHNY’S HEADSET

Symfuhny uses Sennheiser HD 700 headphones. The Sennheiser HD 700 discontinued. It is an over-ear, wired headset that provides a stereo audio experience. Its drivers provide a frequency response rate of 10 – 42,000Hz at a sound pressure level of 105dB. It has a nominal impedance of 150W.

SYMFUHNY’S MICROPHONE

Symfuhny uses an Audio-Technica AT2035 microphone. The Audio-Technica AT2035 is a large-diaphragm XLR condenser microphone that operates with a cardioid polar pattern. This allows for focused recordings and diminishes instances of unwanted background noise filtering into recordings.

Its body is constructed from full metal with a switchable 80 Hertz high pass filter and 10 dB pad built onto its body. It comes with a removable shock mount. It has a frequency response range of 10 – 20,000Hz, as well as a signal to noise ratio of 82dB:1kHz @ 1Pa.

SYMFUHNY’S WEBCAM

Symfuhny uses a Logitech C920 webcam. The Logitech is a basic plug-and-play webcam that easily clips on to regular flat screen monitors and laptops. SYMFUHNY’S MIXER

Symfuhny uses a BEHRINGER XENYX 1204USB mixer. The BEHRINGER XENYX 1204USB can process recordings for up to four XLR or ¼-inch microphone jacks simultaneously. The phantom power supply can be toggled on and off, but only for all units at once. Each microphone channel comes with its own set of controls beneath it, including a Low-Cut filter; Gain knob (-10 to +40); compressor; high, mid and low British EQ band knobs; pre- and post-fader auxiliary knobs, a right or left pan knob; a mute button and fader slider.

It also comes with two sets of microphone preamp controls, as well as a mastery section. Its downloadable editing software provides over 150 preset features for effects, vocal ranges, instruments, plugins, drivers and other tools.
