Sykkuno revealed during a recent stream that he is “worried” about attending TwitchCon this year because he is no longer partnered with the platform.
Sykkuno has amassed over six million followers and subscribers across his platforms since the Among Us boom, alongside Valkyrae, Disguised Toast, and Corpse Husband.
On May 2, 2022, the former Twitch streamer announced his surprise move to YouTube Gaming, effectively removing his partner status on the Amazon-owned platform. While playing Valorant, Sykkuno expressed concern about attending TwitchCon this year because he is no longer a partner and will have to queue.
Sykkuno was talking to his community about waiting in line at AnimeCon on May 9th when he switched the topic to TwitchCon. He also stated that despite the lack of streaming on the platform, he is still considering attending the event.
Sykkuno isn’t the only one who is hesitant to attend this year’s TwitchCon. Mizkif previously stated that he is “scared” to attend the event because he does not want to be surrounded by fans.
