Twitch streamer Sykkuno calls out Twitter to remove his verified tick

Sykkuno

Now that Twitch streamer Sykkuno has his verified tick on twitter which fans are asking about way back in February 2021, it seems like the twitch streamer didn’t like it as he tweeted out calling twitter to “unverify” him.

Back in February 2021, a lot of Sykkuno’s fans rallied and campaigned hard for Sykkuno to get his Twitter verified tick after the social networking giants seemingly ignored him. This even got into the point that the hashtag #VerifySykkuno became a hot topic on Twitter.

However, Sykkuno soon responds to this insisting that he doesn’t care if he is verified or not. He stated; “I don’t need it. Guys, I barely use Twitter. I barely use it. I tweet like once a month and occasionally reply.” That didn’t stop it from happening, though, as twitch streamer Sykkuno finally got his verified tick beside his name on Twitter. Because of this, Sykkuno has recently tweeted out calling Twitter to unverify him and many of his fellow streamers and friends have chimed in to back him up including Corpse Husband who wrote a scratching message stating; “You heard the man. He blocked you, and you still didn’t verify him. Why are you so obsessed? Get a job. We rode with Sykkuno. He never asked for this.”

Twitch streamer Pokimane also joined in making it clear that she has his back as she wrote; “Who do I need to pay to unverify Sykkuno?”

It’s all very tongue-in-cheek, which has caused some confusion as to whether they’re serious or not. #UnverifySykkuno, on the other hand, is gathering traction, with thousands of people requesting them to remove his tick. Some fans feel Sykkuno is serious because he openly stated he didn’t care about getting verified, especially since it wasn’t something he requested. Many others, on the other hand, are unsure what to make of it; they aren’t sure if he and his friends are messing around or not.
