For thousands of dollars, MrBeast has placed a bid to purchase one of Emma Chamberlain’s personalized Instagram messages.
The $10,000 “special thank you note” sent to fans was extensively mocked online, leading many people to assume it was a hoax or marketing ploy. However, MrBeast commented beneath one of these criticisms and voiced his intent to buy one of the messages, saying: “I’m gonna buy it and see what it says lol”.
Although MrBeast has a habit of incurring outrageous costs in the name of content, it is not yet known if he has made the purchase. If customers can’t afford the entire price up front, the business kindly offers the option to pay for the message in $900 payments per month. Emma Chamberlain’s new coffee firm, Chamberlain Coffee, is one of the additional things in her store.
However, after the sales went public, the business has been “under construction,” and many have theorized that this is because of the unfavorable response. Chamberlain is not the first to attempt to employ this particular monetization ruse. Influencers have used emails or messages on websites like Cameo to solicit payments from admirers, but none of those campaigns have ever been as costly as this one.
MrBeast is used to weird Twitter exchanges; just this week, he had to refute his own death announcement.
