Fresh’s Gaming Setup: An In-Depth Look

Fresh is a life-long FPS grinder, having first started playing Team Fortress 2 when he was just five years old. Years of bot practice enabled him to start participating in LAN events when he was thirteen. He then took these skills across to Fortnite when he began playing it upon its release in 2017. They translated well, as he was soon racking up followers thanks to his high rankings. He then signed on with the Detroit Renegades in August 2018 when he was sixteen years old, which further propelled his channel’s growth. As he has been successful in maintaining his momentum and retaining his skills, we decided to provide you with a detailed list of the peripherals that comprise Fresh’s gaming setup.

FRESH uses ASUS ROG Swift PG258Q monitors. Fresh has chosen to use three of these monitors as part of his streaming and gaming setups. It is a 24.5-inch gaming monitor that has a 1920x1080p display with a 1ms response time and a refresh rate of 240Hz. Its screen is embedded with a Tux Rhineland-certified blue light filter and flicker-free backlighting, as well as NVIDIA G-Sync technology to reduce screen tearing.

Although it can be wall-mounted with a VESA mount, its stand can also be adjusted up to 15.24cm (6″) in height, rotated between +50° to -50° and the screen can be tilted up to 160°.

FRESH uses a Shure SM7B microphone. Fresh uses the same mic as many other top streamers, including Shroud, chocoTaco and Loeya.
