Doublelift Posts LoL Retirement

Loaded, the leading management firm for many of the world’s biggest gaming content creators, has added Yiliang (Peter) “Doublelift” Peng, a streamer and former professional League of Legends player, to its growing roster of talent.

Doublelift is one of the most illustrious League of Legends players in North America, with a ten-year professional career. After he retired from League of Legends last 2020 of November, he joined Loaded and signed with the management company to help him with his future gaming endeavors. Loaded will handle all aspects of his career under the terms of the deal, including platform negotiations, entertainment opportunities, sponsorships, media licensing, merchandising, partnerships, and appearances.

Doublelift was regarded as one of the best bot lane in North America during his time playing League of Legends. LCS Most Valuable Player (2018), LCS Finals MVP (2019), 8x LCS Champion (multiple seasons wins from 2015 to 2020), and 5x LCS All-Star are some of his career highlights (2013-2016, 2018).

Doublelift began his gaming career with classic Nintendo 64 games like Star Fox and GoldenEye, before moving on to PC games like World of Warcraft, Dota, and League of Legends and began his first-ever Subathon on his Twitch channel, in which each new subscriber added anywhere from 20 to 69 seconds to the stream end time (depending on his activity at the time) to reach Rank 1 on the LoL leaderboard.

The subathon started on Friday, January 7, 2022, and by the end of the day, Doublelift had amassed over 10,000 subscribers.

Shroud, AnneMunition, DrLupo, CouRage Summit1G, and QuarterJade are among Loaded’s current clients, as are rising female gamers Sydeon and Storymodebae, as well as established stars benjyfishy, CohhCarnage, and Sacriel, who continue to significantly grow within the industry.
