Daequan Returns

Daequan Returns

Daequan, a popular Fortnite streamer, recently made headlines when he announced his comeback to streaming after a nearly two-year hiatus.

As part of NRG Esports, former TSM stars Daequan and Hamlinz returned to streaming. While Hamlinz returned to Twitch streaming nearly immediately, Daequan waited a little longer.

The streamer recently announced on Twitter that he would be returning to Twitch to resume streaming stating; “With the game that started it all.”

Fans assumed Daequan would be playing Fortnite on his first stream following his hiatus as soon as the tweet went live. Since he grew to stardom thanks to Epic Games’ Battle Royale game, it seemed logical for him to stream Fortnite.

Daequan returned to gaming streams on his Twitch channel at 2 p.m. PT, as promised.

The streamer immediately entered into a round of the Battle Royale game that helped him become who he is today.

Daequan’s gaming was a little rusty at first, as one might anticipate, but he quickly got back into it. He streamed multiple rounds of the game, and it was a lot of fun to watch. Daequan’s return Twitch stream surpassed 500K views, which is extremely outstanding. Despite his two-year sabbatical, the streamer still has over 4 million Twitch followers.

Daequan abruptly vanished from streaming in 2019. His and Hamlinz’s disappearances were later explained, since both of them appeared to be suffering from medical concerns. Daequan had to deal with his girlfriend’s medical concerns, then his own health began to deteriorate. He felt obligated to take a vacation from streaming as a result of this. Apart from a few social media updates, Daequan’s social media presence was essentially non-existent at this time.

Now, the streamer is back and Daequan is streaming Fortnite again, almost as if he never left. Daequan’s fans are overjoyed, and they just want to see more of his Fortnite streams in the future.
