The late-night IRL broadcast of a Twitch streamer devolved into a concerning series of events when the female streamer was chased down the streets of Shibuya by a drunk man.
Crazy Japanese is a professional Japanese language teacher and Twitch streamer. To her 33.8k followers, she streams a variety of IRL content, from exploring Japan to cooking with fellow streamers.
Crazy Japanese recently collaborated with Hyubsama, a Korean streamer. The two, along with other streamers, have been visiting hotels and cooking elaborate meals as part of these streams.
On January 23rd, the two streamers went to a bar together and he started drinking. Crazy’s stream ended abruptly after a visibly inebriated Hyun Sama harassed and chased her.

During this time, he began to pull and touch her. Despite her repeated requests for Hyubsama to stop, these actions continued.
Clips from the now-deleted stream were uploaded to Livestreamfails and Streamable by viewers. Crazy japanese can be seen running up steps with Hyubsama close behind. “What the f*ck are you doing?” says the narrator. Why? ” As he chased her out of the bar, he yelled.
She told him that he is crazy and left him at the entrance of the bar. He reappears behind her a few moments later. She continued to tell him to leave her alone and to stop chasing her, which he did eventually.
Crazy Japanese paused the stream and then resumed it once she arrived home. However, she was really distraught and then began crying in her room and explained to her chat how Hyubsama made her feel “unsafe” and “disrespected.”
Hyun Sam’s stream also started on his channel around the same time and he responded after a member of his chat called him out on his actions. Crazy Japanese people pondered the situation at her home.
This isn’t the first time in Tokyo that female streamers have been pursued by drunk men. Sushipotato, a streamer, was chased by a drunk shirtless man who accused her of stealing his iPhone in August 2021.
