Adin Ross Donated $10k To Fellow Streamer

Fans on Twitch praised Adin Ross for donating $10,000 to a GoFundMe for another creator this week, after the former FaZe collaborator only recently returned to streaming after a ban. Ross has donated to Tony “RSGLORYANDGOLD” Winchester, a 68-year-old streamer who has been diagnosed with brain cancer.

Adin Ross revealed the donation on stream when he pulled up the RSGLORYANDGOLD’s treatment GoFundMe, which had already reached its $30k goal, and revealed he had donated $10k of his own money to the cause. Ethan Klein, one half of H3H3 productions, is also listed as having made a $1000 donation at the beginning of the campaign.

The move comes at a time when Ross has been scrutinized, particularly for his gambling activities, but fans have largely praised Ross for his decision. Others pointed out that even if it was a publicity stunt, the money would still go to RSGLORYANDGOLD, who has had a rough go of it in recent years.

For those unfamiliar with his name, RSGLORYANDGOLD was the subject of a false report a few years ago from notorious internet drama-monger Daniel “KEEMSTAR” Keem. RSGLORYANDGOLD has been accused of being a sex offender by KEEMSTAR on multiple occasions, with the first accusation leading to what appeared to be a heartfelt apology in 2016, which turned out to be a case of mistaken identity.

RSGLORYANDGOLD, who streams RuneScape on Twitch, has continued to be harassed by KEEMSTAR and his fans since then, but has never been charged with anything related to the accusations KEEMSTAR made at the time or since. He now faces a more serious battle, as his GoFundMe page claims he has brain cancer, which has affected his vision and threatens to take his life.

This isn’t Adin Ross’s first foray into philanthropy; in 2021, he announced that he would donate 20% of his stream income to charity on a regular basis. While Tony’s $30k goal has been met, healthcare in the United States is notoriously expensive, and you can still donate to RSGLORYANDGOLD’s GoFundMe by clicking here.
